The product description
According to the requirements of the use occasion,select precision universal joints with different manufacturing processes, can save the cost.
1)There is knurled pin connection structure,the bearing sleeve has not been heat treated,suitable for low speed applications,rotation speed≤500rpm;
2)A joint structure with cross and long and short pins riveted together,the bushing has been quenched and heat treated,rotation speed≤1000rpm;
3)There is needle roller bearing connection structure,the double heat treatment method of quenching and tempering the shaft sleeve,its service life can be prolonged by oil injection,rotation speed≤4000rpm;
4)The cross shaft and the long and short pin are made of high strength alloy steel after heat treatment;
5)The maximum swing Angle of the universal joint can reach 45°, and it is usually recommended to use it within 30°,it can extend the service life;
6)The surface may be blackened, galvanized, nickel-plated, chrome-plated, or without any surface treatment; 7) EPT products can be manufactured according to sample or customer drawing requirements.
