1. Brief introduction
Double-roll crusher is for primary crusher for material. It is mainly suitable for crushing of
coke, coal, limestone, chalk, and urea and etc.
2. Mode of operation
Four roll crusher is usually used belt conveyor or vibration feeder roller to feed along the
direction of vibration feeder, two electric motors through two sets of sprocket reducer
, coupling and combination each driving a pair of crushing roller rotation, the broken material
after broken by upper and low two sets of rollers then discharged from the bottom of the
device.

three.1 Smooth / groove surface roller
The working surface of crushing roller can choose a smooth or grooved one, smooth roller is
suitable for crushing medium-hard material, the groove surface roller for brittle or sticky, wet

3.2 Mechanical / hydraulic buffer device
Movable crushing roller equipped with mechanical or hydraulic buffer device, when a foreign

to adjust the gap of the work roll, to compensate the wear consumption of the roll skin.
3.3 Device for cutting / grinding device
When the roller skin abrasion or appear groove, pit, can directly use cutting device for
roller refurbishment without detaching roller. When change the material and heat
treatment process to improve the lifetime of roller skin. To improve hardness, cutting,
using the patent product of our company in the roller grinding device, grinding roller
by quartz at the normal speed of grinding wheel greatly reduced the repairing intensity

3.4 Flat belt / multi wedge belt drive
Between the driving roller and a driven roller adopts flat belt drive, when belt slippage
between the upper roll and the lower roll to protect the motor and speed reducer. Pulley
is added between the bigger and smaller belt pulley, which not only can control the belt
tensioning degree, but also can increase the size of the belt wheel angle, make the
equipment normally starting, flat belt is not easy to slip. Also can use multi wedge belt
to drive, when the belt starting the installation is not easy to drop off, and can play the
role of flat belt.
three.5 Automatic lubrication system
Automatic lubrication system inject amount of grease to reduce friction and wear,
and has the sealing function for bearing according to the progressive principle.
3.6 The electric control device
Special power control cabinet, the cabinet body is a closed type, suitable for dusty
environment, and the assembly conforms to the GB7251.3-97 standard. Rotary handle is
connected with the power supply air circuit breaker cabinet through the long axis, it do not
need to open the door to the operation in the outside of the cabinet. For the convenience
of double speed motor connection transformation, adopts the pentode axis contactor,
makes the main contact to move coaxially.
3.7 Iron remover
The iron remover should be equipped on the feeding belt in order to ensure the continuous,
stable operation.
